By using or investing in third-party platforms (hereinafter referred to as ‘DApps’),you expressly agree to abide by the relevant terms and conditions of the DApp. You understand and agree that your activities on the DAPPs will be subject to the user agreement, privacy policy, and security-related terms of the DApps.

We hereby declare that, unless otherwise expressly stated in writing, 1Keeper Limited and its affiliates (hereinafter referred to as ‘1Keeper”) have no affiliation with the owners or operators of the DApps. 1Keeper Wallet does not endorse or approve the content or services of the DApps, nor does it make any warranties, endorsements or commitments regarding them.

Risk Disclosure

Before connecting to a DApp, please conduct your own research and investigation to understand the background and related projects of the DApp. There may be risks associated with the DApp and its activities, including but not limited to smart contract risks, market risks, and regulatory risks.

You acknowledge that connecting to a DApp may involve various risks, including but not limited to risks associated with the DApp itself and malicious fraudulent activities conducted by criminals using the DApps, denial-of-service attacks, Ponzi schemes, high-rebate scams, and phishing.

Limitation of Liability

1Keeper strongly advises you to fully understand the security of the DApp before using it. 1Keeper shall not be liable for any losses you may incur during your access to the DApp, including but not limited to property losses and asset losses. In case of problems, 1Keeper recommends that you directly contact the project party of the DApp for resolution. By connecting to the DApp, you expressly understand and accept the above risks, and agree to bear all responsibilities and consequences that may arise for them. 1Keeper shall not be liable for any losses or damages resulting from the use of the DApp.
