III. Services
3.1 Wallet Creation and Recovery
Users are permitted to create new wallet accounts using 1Keeper or to restore wallet accounts from backups stored on iCloud or Google Drive.
3.2 Digital Token Management
a) Users can manage their digital tokens on 1Keeper by adding, managing, or deleting tokens.
b) The transfer and receipt functionalities of the 1Keeper wallet allow users to execute electronic signatures via MPC using private key shares and adjust the ledgers of relevant blockchains. Actual transfer and receipt activities occur within the blockchain system and are independent of the 1Keeper wallet.
3.3 Access to Decentralized Applications (DApps)
1Keeper provides access to various decentralized applications (DApps) created by third parties. Users can access and utilize these DApps through links.
3.4 Transaction Records and Monitoring
While we replicate some transaction records from the blockchain, users should directly query the blockchain explorer for the latest records, as our records only reflect the information retrieved from the blockchain at the time of access.
3.5 Token Exchange and Swapping
Users can exchange tokens with third-party smart contracts or decentralized exchanges (DEXs). 1Keeper serves as an interface tool that aids users in interacting with these third parties and displays the results of the token exchanges.
3.6 Wallet Backup and Recovery
1Keeper Backup Functionality: 1Keeper provides a backup function to assist users in safeguarding their digital assets. However, the actual execution and maintenance of backups are the sole responsibility of the User.
User Responsibility for Backup Integrity: Users must actively manage and ensure the integrity of their wallet backups, regardless of whether these are stored via iCloud, Google Drive, or any other storage solutions.
Storage of User Private Key Share: Users are solely responsible for the custody of their private key shares. Users must retain the ability to access the registered email associated with their wallet, as this information is crucial for wallet recovery.
No Storage of Backup Data by 1Keeper: 1Keeper does not store or access any backup data or registered email information. Users must ensure the availability and accuracy of their backup information to enable effective recovery and restoration processes.
3.7 Evolution and Adaptation of Services
Our services may evolve over time. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to make changes, replace, or discontinue (temporarily or permanently) our services at any time for any reason, with or without notice. Such changes may affect your ability to access or use our services.
3.8 Service Suspension
Due to the irreversible nature of transactions within the blockchain system, we are unable to suspend or revoke operations such as transfer transactions once they have been initiated.
3.9 Future Services
We may provide additional services in the future, details of which will be communicated as these services are developed and introduced.
IV. Users who use 1Keeper must understand that:
4.1 Obligations of 1Keeper and User Responsibilities:
1Keeper provides a decentralized service to maintain the decentralization feature of blockchain and enhance the security of digital tokens. 1Keeper does not offer the following services:
a) Storage of Users’ Wallet Passwords.
b) Restoration of Users’ Wallet Passwords.
c) Ability to freeze wallets.
d) Reporting of wallet losses.
e) Rollback of transactions.
4.2 Private Key Shares Generation Service:
Users can generate two private key shares using internally developed algorithms. For transaction signing purposes, signatures will be generated utilizing all private key shares via the MPC (Multiparty Computation) protocol.
4.3 Private Key Shares Storage Service:
Private Key Shares Storage::
Users bear full responsibility for the custody and security of their identity key used to encrypt and decrypt the User Private Key Shares. 1Keeper lacks the capability to decrypt these private key shares and cannot assist in their recovery if they are lost.
4.4 User Security Responsibilities:
Users must secure their mobile devices, back up the 1Keeper App, and safeguard their Wallet Passwords. 1Keeper cannot restore credentials, or cancel transactions in cases of user error (e.g., incorrect address inputs for transactions) or lost/stolen devices.
4.5 Wallet Backup and Recovery
It is the sole responsibility of the User to perform backups of their wallet and to ensure the integrity of such backups, whether stored via iCloud, Google Drive, or any other means. The User must ensure that they retain access to the registered email associated with their wallet, as this information is essential for wallet restoration. 1Keeper does not store or have access to backup data. Therefore, it is imperative that the User maintain these backups to facilitate potential wallet recovery processes.
4.6 Token Support:
While 1Keeper can accommodate all tokens, users should acknowledge the associated risks. Tokens supported by 1Keeper by default have been verified by 1Keeper. However, for tokens beyond those supported by default, wherein users add their own customized tokens, there may also be inherent risks.
4.7 Limitations of 1Keeper as a Tool:
1Keeper is solely a tool for Users to manage their tokens and does not function as an exchange or trading platform. Transactions within the 1Keeper context refer exclusively to the transferring and receiving of tokens, distinctly different from those conducted on exchanges and trading platforms.
4.8 Access to DApps:
DApps accessed through 1Keeper are developed by third parties. 1Keeper serves as the blockchain browser for these DApps, and users must independently assess and accept the associated risks of using these third-party services or engaging in transactions with them.

You are responsible for all applicable taxes and expenses arising from transactions conducted on 1Keeper.
VI. Risks
6.1 You understand and acknowledge that blockchain technology is a rapidly evolving area where laws and regulations may not be fully established. You may face significant risks, including technological instability or failure in token redemption. Tokens are notably more volatile than traditional financial assets. You should make investment decisions wisely, in line with your financial status and risk tolerance. Additionally, market information sourced from blockchain data by 1Keeper may not represent the most current or accurate token valuations. Furthermore, it's important to be aware of the risks associated with Multiparty Computation (MPC), as it introduces additional complexities and potential vulnerabilities to the security of transactions and private key management.
6.2 If you or your counterparty fails to adhere to this Agreement, or to follow instructions, tips, or rules provided on the website or during transactions, 1Keeper does not guarantee the successful transfer of tokens and will not be liable for any consequences of such failures. Once payment is received in a 1Keeper or third-party wallet, remember that transactions on the blockchain are irreversible and permanent. You and your counterparty are responsible for the outcomes of your transactions.
6.3 You acknowledge that blockchain operations and related transactions are final and irreversible. 1Keeper will not be held responsible for any associated risks or consequences.
6.4 When engaging with third-party-developed DApps integrated into 1Keeper, it is strongly advised that you thoroughly read this Agreement and pay close attention to 1Keeper's alerts, familiarize yourself with the counterparty and product information, and assess the risks before transacting on such DApps.
6.5 You understand that transactions and the related contractual relationships are solely between you and your counterparty. 1Keeper will not be liable for any risks, responsibilities, losses, or expenses that arise from these transactions.
6.6 It is your responsibility to ensure that your counterparty is legally capable of engaging in transactions and to decide if you should proceed with transactions with them.
6.7 You should consult the official blockchain system or use other blockchain tools when you receive alerts such as “transaction failed” or “mining overtime” to avoid duplicate transactions. Failure to heed these instructions may result in you bearing any resultant losses and expenses.
6.8 After creating or restoring a wallet on 1Keeper, your password and backup are not stored with our server. If your device is lost, stolen, hacked, or compromised, and if you have not performed the backup and remembered your password, you may permanently lose access to your tokens. 1Keeper cannot restore this information.
6.9 To minimize security risks, use 1Keeper in a secure network environment. Avoid using jailbroken or rooted mobile devices.
6.10 Stay vigilant for fraudulent activity when using 1Keeper. If you detect any suspicious behavior, please report it to us immediately.
