How to recover your 1Keeper Account?

Lost access to your 1Keeper account? Follow our detailed guide to recover your account securely and regain control of your crypto assets

Step 1 : After downloading the 1Keeper App, TAP on the "Email login" to proceed.

Step 2: PRESS on the blue "Accept" button to accept the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy

Step 3: ENTER your email address (in this example, the email used is [e-mail]) and PRESS "Next"

Step 4: SLIDE on the blue "arrow" to complete the puzzle.

Step 5: CHECK your email to get the verification code. ENTER the 6-digit Verifiation code.

(Tip: Just in case, you couldn't find it, CHECK your spam / junk mailbox as well.)

Step 6: PRESS "Next" to proceed.

Step 7: SELECT your backup copy by PRESSing on the blue "Import" button.

In this case, if you are using an Andriod phone, the Google Backup option will be available instead of iCloud.

Step 8: Proceed to PRESS "Next" to Import your key.

Step 9: As part of the recovery process, your wallet is being generated. PRESS "Next" to proceed.

Step 10: You can choose to enable your Biometric ID Verification. Otherwise, PRESS "Skip this step" to proceed.

Step 11: Congrats, you have successfully recovered your wallet.
